his buoyant personality and distinctive Roxburgh tartan kilt, Dave
Nicholas has been a familiar fixture at Liverpool's Philharmonic
Hall for almost twenty years. He is one of Britain's few remaining
resident cinema organists, and is regularly heard tapping away at
the keys as the Phil's majestic art-deco screen rises from the stage
for another silver screen classic.
